Cancellation and Return Policy

If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, you can do so using the following methods:


Via the 'My Orders' section:

Log in to your account>Go to 'My Orders' and locate the order you want to cancel.>Click on 'Order Details' and select 'Cancel Item.'>Choose the item(s) you want to cancel and provide a reason for cancellation.>Confirm your cancellation request.>Once submitted, your item(s) will be cancelled, and the refund process will be initiated.


Via the Help Center:

Click on 'Contact us' > 'Select What's on your mind' > 'Write To Us' > Provide us with your order ID details and your request to cancel your order. Our service representative will review your query and revert in 24 hours..


Via Email or Call:

Send an email to with your order ID and a request to cancel your order.Alternatively, you can call our customer support team at 99141-30130 (Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 6:30PM). Please note that cancellation requests for shipped orders may not be possible. It is recommended to initiate the cancellation process as soon as possible to increase the chances of a successful cancellation.


How will I get refundand how long will this process take?

Cancellation and refund processes vary depending on the timing and status of the order. Here's an overview of our cancellation and refund policy:


Cancellation before shipment:


Refund processing time: Within 48-72 business hours.

Deductions: 5% gateway charges.

Cancellation after shipment or return:


Refund processing time: After receiving and verifying the returned products at our warehouse.

Deductions:5% gateway charges + 1 Side Shipping Charges (to be confirmed by Jagan Shopsmart Pvt Ltd).

Cancellation after product delivery:


If the product is damaged: We will replace the spare with a new part at no additional cost.

If the product is in good condition but you don't like it: You are responsible for bearing 5% gateway charges and shipping charges for both sides. We will hold your payment until we receive the product.

Refunds for different payment methods:

Credit/Debit cards or net banking: Refund processed to the same account used for payment within 5-7 business days after receiving the products back. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.


Cash on delivery: Refund initiated via bank transfer using the provided billing details. The process is completed within 5-7 business days after receiving the products and your bank details via email or whatsapp. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.


Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes, when returning a product, you are required to return the free gift that was included with the original order. The free gift is considered part of the item order and should be returned along with the product.
