We offer a very simple and easy 3 days return policy to you. You can conveniently return any item (check the return item list below) and avail refund/adjustment, within 7-15 days from the date of delivery.

All items purchased from JAGAN HARDWARE (subject to shipping policy) can be returned for refund* within 3 days from the date of shipment (as recorded by the shipping provider).The refund amount will be paid after deducting *shipping charges and 5% gateway charges.

The items to be returned must be in original packing and with all bills and labels. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service. The charges for the same shall be borne by you.

Once your return is received by us, a quality check will be performed on the returned items by our quality team. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and returned within 3 days.

Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

A notification with the status of return will be sent you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.

Refund amount shall be returned in the same account from which account received unless specifically requested within 10-15 days of confirmation by us for material received intact. Customer can also retain the amount in wallet, with us to adjust near future.
