We, at Jagan hardware know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and also at your expected time, so we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you in the quickest time possible.
Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 3-7 days. For an order of Rs.3000/= and above, the order will be delivered at your door step free of cost subject to certain items mentioned in cart.
Delivery of order will be made and intimated as per our shipping partners tie-up within 5-15 days depending upon location. However, ODA location may take much longer time to deliver or during restrictions imposed during Covid-19 or any Climatic conditions, as the case maybe.
For an order of Rs.9999/= and less, COD charge of Rs.50/- will be applicable for COD orders. The whole order amount including shipping charges will be refunded if the order is cancelled before dispatch, lost or undelivered to your preferred location. Shipping charges will not be refunded if you cancel a part of the order.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded if you return an order delivered to you. If you self-ship the products you want to return, the shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Some products are on Free Shipping basis as per mentioned in cart. In case anyone refuses to take delivery/material of goods so ordered, he/she shall have to pay side shipping and COD charges for the said return.
COD charges are extra & applicable as mentioned in cart for certain items. As per the Cash on Delivery (COD) policy:
A ‘Cash on Delivery’ order is placed only once verified by JAGAN HARDWARE Customer Support via mail/telecom. To avail C-O-D Service, all the items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D. C-O-D is applicable on a minimum purchase of Rs. 999/- and maximum of Rs. 10,000 only.
